QUIZ: Can You Survive Skyrim?

The Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor is out today on console! Let’s see if YOU can survive the Dark Heart of Skyrim. Divines bless you.

It’s a beautiful, clear night in Western Skyrim and you’re traveling on a road North toward Solitude. Are you traveling alone?

Bethesda

Of course! I have to be stealthy. Other people get in the way.

Never. I always have a companion.

I have my horse and my weapons. What else do I need?

I have a dog. He counts, right?

In the distance, you see a dark shape in the road. What do you do?

Bethesda

"Is someone there?"

Crouch and move off the road.

Run up to see if there's anything I can loot!

As you near, you can make out a dead horse and a wagon. There is no sign of a fight - excluding the dead horse. What do you do?

Bethesda

Approach with caution.

LOOT. LOOT. LOOT.

Continue down the road. Dragon Bridge is coming up and I'll alert the guard there.

Stand my ground and ready my weapons.

Suddenly, a humanoid shape bolts from the surrounding forest toward you.

Bethesda

I swing my sword.

I swipe at it with my daggers.

I shoot my bow.

I conjure flames.

I shout "NEVER SHOULD HAVE COME HERE."

The shape moves very quickly, but you would recognize a vampire anywhere.

Bethesda

AHHHHH.

Vampires are sensitive to silver! I get out my silver weapons.

Vampires are sensitive to fire! I start shooting fire at him.

Vampires are sensitive to poison! I try to poison him.

Can I still try to loot him?

After an exhausting battle, you're finally able to cut down the beast.

Bethesda

TIME TO LOOT.

I move off the road and camp out until morning. There could be more nearby.

I sprint to the nearest town, Dragon Bridge. There could be more nearby.

I light the corpse on fire and ready myself for more.

I take a cure disease potion, just in case.

Would You Survive Skyrim?

YES! You live a full and happy life.

Congratulations! You kicked the dark heart of Skyrim's butt. You used your vampire knowledge to cut down a bunch of those fools. The community is grateful.
