If you ever about the languages in your favorite movies and television shows, Wired has you covered. As it turns out, linguistics experts are hired quite often to take present-day languages and weave them into ones that could be spoken and written for characters. In shows, especially Game of Thrones, there are different dialects of the same language for what part of the country they live in. Someone made those! Isn’t that fascinating?
