Once the powerful God of Calamity, Yato now struggles to find the followers needed to help him regain his stature and power. So the Noragami Yato decides to offer his services to the good people of North Shore for a mere 5 yen coin as payment in the hopes of saving enough to build a temple in his honour.

Yato quickly finds himself some partners. One is Hiyori, a human girl who saves Yato from a car accident. Shortly after this experience Hiyori discovers that her spirit inexplicably leaves her body with no rhyme or reason as to the when or why. The other soul to join Yato’s group is Yukine, the soul of a teenager who just isn’t ready to move on. Yukine becomes a Regalia weapon for Yato and joins the cause.
And so this ragtag group finds themselves doing whatever jobs they can to raise the money for Yato’s temple, all while dealing with the appearances of other Gods and the drama that comes along. Noragami excellently blends the drama, action and comedy elements that is sure to make your experience an entertaining one.
