With the ongoing pandemic, many conventions and expos have decided to continue going virtual this year. That’s no different for Crunchyroll Expo. Today, we’re going to take a quick look on what to expect from Virtual Crunchyroll Expo 2021 and how you can attend!
What is Crunchyroll Expo?
Crunchyroll Expo, sometimes coined CRX, is an annual three-day anime convention normally held during August/September. The convention is organized by anime licensor Crunchyroll and Reedpop. Last year the in-person expo was cancelled in favor of an online event, as has this year’s, but do not fret! This hasn’t stopped the folks at Crunchyroll from putting together a slew of activities, panels, and fun!
When and Where is CRX?
CRX will take place on the official CRX Website and will kick off with the opening ceremony on Thursday, August 5th at 9:30AM PDT and will go through Saturday, August 7th. You can refine your searches on the site and look for specific activities you want to participate in!
