Earlier this week, an anonymous source leaked what appeared to be transmissions from Weyland-Yutani’s Covenant colonization mission – the last messages sent by crew members to friends and family they were leaving behind.
The first features the Covenant’s pilot, Tennessee, sending a heartfelt message to his younger brother. The second is from Sergeant Lope, commanding officer of the Covenant’s security team, expressing concerns about the mission to an unidentified general. The final video is from a woman noted as Private Rosenthal — another member of the mission’s security team.
As with earlier transmissions, additional pieces of the corrupted data file seem to imply that the mission may not have gone as planned.
Representatives for Weyland-Yutani have not commented at the time of this publication.
